The Working Boat’s Seafood Pasta Recipe

As we enter the summer season, our team at The Working Boat are always looking for fresh new recipes to wow you with. Our brand new seafood pasta recipe is a dish that will have you diving into the warmer season! Already proving to be extremely popular amongst customers, we share our recipe for you to try at home…


  • Two whole prawns
  • Eight butterfly prawns
  • 100g crab
  • As much maccheroni pasta as you desire
  • Five red chillies
  • Five limes
  • Five shallots
  • Three bunches of spring onions



  • Cook your Maccheroncelli pasta for seven to eight minutes.
  • Sauté prawns in frying pan for one to two minutes.
  • Add 100g crab
  • Sprinkle half a chopped chilli in
  • Add one chopped spring onion
  • Scatter in one zest of lime and your lime juice
  • Add one chopped shallot
  • 50g butter
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Add 100g pasta
  • Mix all together
  • Finish with fresh chilli and coriander
