We’re reopening on Monday 12th April!
After so many months lost at sea, The Working Boat will be reopening from 12th April.
Our harbourside pub will be back with the town’s biggest covered outdoor licensed space, thanks to a large-scale marquee on our private quay.
The Working Boat pub’s “mar-quay on the sea” will be open throughout the summer months, meaning al fresco dining on the quay whatever the weather, from 10am until 10pm.
From Monday 12th April, the pub mar-quay will be open every day for brunch, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks until late.
With a maximum of 6 people, you will need to make a booking with us in order to reserve a table for food.
The pub’s horsebox bar will also be open for brews throughout the day until late.
With strict Covid-secure procedures, outside bar and full table service, you can be sure all customers will be able to maintain social distancing, all served with a side of fresh sea air.
The Working Boat’s famous Sunday roasts will return every Sunday from 18th April, from midday until they’re finished.
Managing Director, Ben Young, said: “Our safe haven awaits you. Returning from 12th April with fresh sea air, safe distancing, and our traditional pub atmosphere fully intact, we’re ready to welcome you back on board.”
As the marquee has a strictly limited maximum capacity to ensure the safety of both visitors and staff, and in line with UK government guidelines, bookings are essential. For bookings, please email our pub manager Ryan at manager@theworkingboat.co.uk.
At this point in time, the pub will only be accepting card and contact-less payments. We can’t wait to see you all again!
